Grief and Loss GROUPS
At Embody, we understand that grief can be a profound and complex experience, and we are here to support you as you navigate your grief journey. We offer a variety of grief support groups designed to provide a compassionate and nurturing environment where participants can share their feelings, memories, and struggles with others who understand.
Whether you have experienced the loss of a loved one, a significant life change, or are navigating other forms of grief, our groups are tailored to meet your unique needs. Led by experienced therapists, these groups offer a safe, confidential space to process emotions, gain coping strategies, and find solidarity with others who are also on their path to healing.

YOGA AND MOVEMENT GROUPS
When we experience adverse life events such as trauma, abuse, oppression or relational challenges, we store that pain in the body. As a result, you may experience uncomfortable physical sensations that increase emotional distress. For some, this can show up as nausea, muscle tension, sleep disturbances, restlessness, fatigue or racing heartbeat. At Embody , we specialize in helping people gain awareness of their bodies and move toward a place of physical and emotional stability.
Our yoga and movement classes are specifically designed to ease the intensity of mental health symptoms. Through the integration of mindfulness, intentional breathing techniques and physical body movements, participants gain resiliency and control over their bodies reactions to triggers.
